What your day looks like:

  • You’ll develop creative briefs and key visuals or mockups.
  • You’ll provide creative direction and accurate time estimations for design deliverables.
  • You’ll be delegating projects to in-house designers, overseeing the creative process, and working with the team to explore fresh ideas.
  • You’ll be working closely with project managers, strategists, writers, and client servicing team to ensure deliverables reflect creative briefs and/or client’s objectives.
  • You’ll be training, mentoring, and inspiring junior creative team members.
  • You’ll lead and take ownership of the creative process, from conceptualising styles to rolling out final execution.

What you’ll bring:

  • Required: A minimum of a diploma accreditation with knowledge in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design.
  • Required: At least 5 years of experience in a related position/industry and 2 years as an Art Director. Ideally with an advertising agency background.
  • Advanced knowledge and slick skills with design tools (eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio (please send it to us).
  • An in-depth understanding of digital creative, visual design, typography, storyboarding, and illustration techniques.
  • Ability to transform creative insights and ideas into tangible concepts and designs.
  • Good leadership and strong creative communication skills. You’re comfortable presenting your ideas and describing creative concepts and designs to both the internal team and your client.
  • Detail oriented with good time management, able to work under pressure, and you’re able to prioritise even with multiple projects.
