Digital Account Manager

About the job

We are looking for a talented individual with great people skills to help us manage our client portfolio. As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll be taking a hands-on approach in managing day-to-day projects, while fostering long-term relationships with our clients. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.

 

Responsibilities

Job scope include but are not limited to the following:

  • Daily management of on-going projects
  • Client servicing, through face-to-face contact, to have a full understanding of clients’ needs and business objectives
  • Assist in the planning and ideation of client’s projects
  • Identify new ways to upsell to existing clients
  • Ability to prioritise and be organised is critical

 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in Advertising/Media Planning or related field, preferably in an agency environment
  • A keen interest in the digital industry
  • A desire to stay updated with the latest digital platforms and technology
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Strong believer in creative ideas that work
  • Excellent time management skills, responsible and with strong attention to detail
  • Great communication skills, both oral and written

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Advertising / Media, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
