You’ll get hands-on experience planning Media Strategy across diversified industries and channels.
You’ll be leading and exploring new media, best practices, and sharing them with the internal team.
You’ll be working closely with the Digital Strategist, Creative, and Servicing teams to understand the client’s business objectives and propose a media strategy.
What your day looks like:
You’ll observe the market regularly to maintain knowledge of audience trends and consumer behaviour Additionally, you’ll be responsible for conducting competitor research to stay abreast of the marketing channels utilised by the competition.
You’ll use campaign insights and data mining to create personas.
You’ll evaluate the target demographic through the media they use, the times and places they consume it, and how long they view varying pieces of content.
You’ll recommend the most appropriate types of media to use, as well as the most effective time spans and locations.
You’ll ensure approved planned media are placed and consistent.
You’ll provide regular campaign updates, as well as prepare periodic reports and post-campaign reports with optimisation and forward planning recommendations, as required.
You’ll handle ad-hoc requests as needed.
What you’ll bring:
Preferred: 1 year of experience in agency, brand work, media planning, and/or digital marketing. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply as well if you believe that you fit this role!
Required: At minimum, a Professional Certificate or above in Business Studies, Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
Preferred: Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform Suite, and other programmatic platforms.
Up-to-date knowledge of search, display, and social guidelines to provide recommendations (such as ad types, bidding models, and targeting) based on client briefs.
Experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Display, and Social Media Ads, with a focus on performance-based marketing/advertising.
Analytical and charting ability for statistical/data interpretation where required.
Strong organisational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Strong interest to push for and develop new digital initiatives.
Insatiably curious, digitally savvy, and well-versed with digital platforms.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions.
Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
Strong writing, presentation, as well as strategic and analytical thinking skills.
