What Your Day Looks Like:

  • You’ll manage production crews and technical guidelines while overseeing on-site production and the smooth completion of various projects.
  • You’ll work closely with the project lead for photo and video production projects, from developing detailed project deliverables, scheduling, coordinating internal and external resources, as well as ensuring projects remain within the scope and defined budgets.
  • You’ll collaborate with multiple internal teams such as account servicing, creative, and video production teams to deliver projects on time in the most efficient manner and ensure key due dates are met.
  • You’ll wear multiple hats, from playing timekeeper to sourcing shooting locations and liaising with talents.
  • You’ll establish and maintain good partnerships with external resources—including third-party production houses and talent agencies.
  • You’ll oversee overall production preparations and keep track of all ongoing production.
  • You’ll ensure proper operation of equipment during the production in compliance with relevant rules and regulations, health and safety laws.
  • You’ll troubleshoot problems that arise during production.
  • You’ll anticipate potential issues and proactively seek solutions internally and externally.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Required: A minimum of a diploma accreditation in Digital Marketing/Advertising, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or relevant field.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience as a video producer in photo/video production studio.
  • Strong leadership and solid organisational skills including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to account for individual projects as well as work within a team.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Possess own transport as this role will require you to travel around frequently.
  • Willing to work past office hours to meet tight deadlines.
