We are looking for an energetic HR & Admin Executive to join our company!

For this role, you’ll be part of the team for talent recruitment, company operations, and employee engagement related matters ranging from employee benefits & compensation, company activities, internal sharing & learning, as well as employee retention initiatives.



  • Coordinating interviews, sending offer letters or contracts to candidates, and issuing letters such as confirmation letters
  • Preparing onboarding processes with new employee
  • Responding to employee’s HR-related inquiries such as recruitment, benefits, perks, performance reviews, etc., and answering those inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
  • Administering staff medical claim, medical insurance, and any related benefit by providing relevant information, ensuring the form completion, verifying submission, and approval notification, etc
  • Assisting to organise company activities and team building
  • Liaising with external parties for office maintenance and cleanliness, company, licence and insurance renewal, etc
  • Assisting in any ad hoc assignments as assigned by superior



  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma accreditation in the relevant field
  • Experience in recruitment, HR processes, and good knowledge of HR-related information
  • Experience in the Advertising and Marketing related field is a plus point
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications and the Internet
  • Good understanding, appreciation, and application of Malaysia labour law and practices across the country
