HR SPECIALIST

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an energetic HR Specialist and people person to join our company!

As an HR Specialist, you’re responsible for talent recruitment and employee engagement related matters ranging from employee benefits & compensation, company activities, internal sharing & learning, as well as employee retention initiatives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating interviews, sending offer letters or contracts to candidates, and issuing letters such as confirmation letters
  • Perform onboarding processes with new employee
  • Responding to employee’s HR-related inquiries such as recruitment, benefits, perks, performance reviews, etc., and answering those inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
  • Develop and drive the execution of HR action plans each year
  • Oversee and improve on employee benefits, compensation structures, medical insurance plans, and perks
  • Anticipate potential employee’s issues and proactively seek for solutions internally with management
  • Organise company activities and team building and the measurement of outcomes through the quarterly happiness survey

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma accreditation in the relevant field
  • Experience in recruitment, HR processes, and good knowledge of HR-related information
  • Experience in the Advertising and Marketing related field is a plus point
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications and the Internet
  • Good understanding, appreciation, and application of Malaysia labour law and practices across the country
