What Your Day Looks Like:
You’ll conduct in-depth research on digital marketing-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies) and audiences’ interests to recommend relevant content.
You’ll plan and execute monthly content calendar, including writing and editing thought-leadership articles, opinion pieces, case studies, or whitepapers for publication on internal and external channels.
You’ll maintain and grow relationships with digital and traditional media publications to drive thought leadership and article features for KD.
You’ll write and distribute press releases.
You’ll be proactively seeking and planning interview and publicity opportunities to raise KD and the team’s profiles.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing team and occasionally, you’ll provide support for other types of content, such as email newsletters and website copy.
What You’ll Bring:
Required: Minimum 5 years of working experience in either a digital advertising/PR agency or online content curating platform.
Proven content writing or copywriting experience with a portfolio of published articles. Please share samples of your work or published articles, along with your application.
Existing connections/contacts with members of the media, especially senior journalists and editors and able to leverage these connections when required.
Excellent writing skills in English, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
An eye for detail in copywriting, proofreading, and copy editing.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and to own individual projects.
