Social Media Marketing

CHALLENGE

The main challenge was to help drive footfall to MyTOWN. We also needed to establish and increase MyTOWN’s social media presence by building an engaging community online.

STRATEGY

Our first step was to develop a consistent content theme and pillars to fit each platform — Facebook and Instagram. We also needed to support MyTOWN’s marketing effort in promoting all their different events, tenant features, and deals in a way that would attract the attention of shoppers.

Execution

Leveraging on the various features of the respective social media platforms, we created original content based on different themes for MyTOWN’s Facebook and Instagram such as Instagram Story GIF stickers, Facebook Canvases, and short videos to engage with the audience. We’ve also included influencers and ran festive social media campaigns to further drive engagement and keep MyTOWN top of mind.
